1. NATUREZA DO INSTRUMENTO
Este é um instrumento de rastreamento psicocomportamental estruturado, composto por escalas validadas internacionalmente, destinado à identificação de padrões de risco em saúde mental. Os questionários utilizados são de domínio público ou de uso clínico autorizado, com propriedades psicométricas documentadas na literatura científica.

2. FINALIDADE
A avaliação tem finalidade exclusiva de rastreamento e triagem. Os resultados indicam padrões que merecem atenção profissional, mas NÃO constituem diagnóstico clínico, psicológico ou psiquiátrico. O diagnóstico definitivo requer avaliação presencial por profissional habilitado (médico, psicólogo ou psiquiatra).

3. ANONIMATO E ESTATÍSTICAS DE USO
Esta avaliação é anônima: NÃO coletamos nome, CPF, e-mail, telefone nem qualquer dado que identifique você, e o seu laudo é gerado no seu próprio dispositivo. Para avaliar e aprimorar o instrumento, coletamos estatísticas anônimas e agregadas de uso — incluindo sexo e faixa etária (solicitados no início), a queixa escolhida, o andamento dos questionários e a localização aproximada (no máximo a cidade, a partir da conexão — nunca o endereço nem o IP exato). Esses dados não são vinculados à sua identidade nem ao seu laudo e são usados apenas de forma agregada. Nenhuma informação que permita identificá-lo é armazenada.

4. PARTICIPAÇÃO VOLUNTÁRIA

6. LIMITAÇÕES DO INSTRUMENTO
Escalas de autoaplicação possuem limitações inerentes: dependem da honestidade e autopercepção do respondente, não substituem entrevista clínica estruturada, e podem apresentar falsos positivos ou falsos negativos. Os pontos de corte utilizados são baseados em estudos populacionais e podem não se aplicar igualmente a todos os indivíduos.

7. RESULTADOS E ENCAMINHAMENTO
Ao final da avaliação, um relatório será gerado com: classificação de nível de cuidado (autocuidado, acompanhamento ou urgência), índice global de gravidade, perfil dimensional, fatores de contexto, fatores a investigar em avaliação profissional: a investigar, sugestões de encaminhamento profissional e orientações de estilo de vida. O relatório pode ser salvo em PDF ou compartilhado via WhatsApp.

9. BASE CIENTÍFICA
Este instrumento utiliza escalas validadas e publicadas em periódicos indexados (PubMed, Cochrane, MEDLINE). O framework de análise é baseado no Precision Psychiatry Roadmap (ECNP, Molecular Psychiatry, 2025), no Hierarchical Taxonomy of Psychopathology (HiTOP, World Psychiatry, 2024), nos Research Domain Criteria (RDoC, NIMH) e no consenso de Medicina do Estilo de Vida (ACLM, 2026). A lista completa de referências bibliográficas está disponível ao final do sistema.

10. USO DE INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL (Resolução CFM nº 2.454/2026)
Este sistema pode utilizar inteligência artificial em duas funções auxiliares e opcionais: (i) interpretar a queixa que você escreve com suas próprias palavras, para sugerir quais questionários aplicar; e (ii) redigir a síntese textual do relatório. A inteligência artificial não calcula pontuações, não define faixas de gravidade, não determina o nível de cuidado e não emite diagnóstico — todos esses resultados são calculados de forma determinística no seu próprio aparelho, a partir das escalas científicas. Se a inteligência artificial falhar ou estiver indisponível, o relatório é gerado integralmente pelo caminho determinístico, sem prejuízo ao resultado.
Em conformidade com a Resolução CFM nº 2.454/2026, este sistema não comunica diagnóstico nem decisão terapêutica: a interpretação clínica cabe ao profissional de saúde habilitado. O uso de inteligência artificial é informado de forma transparente neste termo e identificado no próprio relatório.
Grau de risco (art. 12–13): esta solução é classificada como de baixo risco — a inteligência artificial não influencia a pontuação, a faixa de gravidade nem o nível de cuidado, calculados de forma determinística. Direito de recusa (art. 5º, §3º): você pode optar por não usar inteligência artificial marcando a opção logo abaixo do aceite — o relatório será gerado integralmente pelo caminho determinístico, sem prejuízo ao resultado.
